Exchange/Return/Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Important Notes:
- Shoes, clothing, and scarves cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the product details before purchasing.
- All returns must be shipped via express services (EMS, USPS, DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx) with door-to-door delivery and a tracking number.
- For items such as bags, do not remove plastic from handles or chains, as this indicates the item has been used. In such cases, only repairs can be made; no exchanges or returns will be allowed.
Eligible Exchanges:
Damaged or Incorrect Item:
If the item you received is damaged or not as described, we offer an exchange. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item and provide a picture of the damage for proof. We cannot accept returns without evidence of damage.Change of Mind (No Quality Issues):
If you'd like to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the product must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and a restocking fee (30%-45% of the total order) will apply.Incorrect Shipping Address:
If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reship the item at your cost. If you wish to cancel the order, a restocking fee will apply. Please note that some carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT) cannot return parcels if delivery fails; they may destroy the package instead.No Longer Interested in the Item:
If you no longer wish to keep the item (without any defect or issue), we can still offer an exchange, but a restocking fee (30%-45% of the order total) will apply along with the to-and-back shipping cost.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are only accepted within 3 days of signing for the parcel, and the return must be received within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- For returns, please ensure the item is in original, unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot accept items damaged during transit.
Additional Information:
- If an item is seized by customs in China, we will resend the item at no additional cost.
- If the item is seized by customs in your country, we may offer you a discount on a new item or provide a partial refund.
- We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties charged on your package.
Return Instructions:
- Once you ship the return, please email us the tracking number. We cannot process returns without it.
- Items such as shoes, clothing, and scarves cannot be returned or exchanged if the correct item was shipped.
